Technical Characteristics:
- Grey powder composition with special fast-setting cement, graded silica sand, resins, and additives
- Classified as CT-C20-F5 according to EN 13813
- Rapid-drying and fluid consistency
- Easily workable and self-leveling
- Can be applied up to 10 mm thick per layer without shrinkage or cracking
- Develops good compressive and flexural strength
- Resistant to indentation and abrasion
Application Procedure:
- Substrate Preparation: Ensure surface is sound, dry, and free of contaminants
- Priming: Use appropriate primer (e.g., Primer G, Eco Prim T) based on substrate type
- Mixing: Combine 23 kg of Ultraplan Eco 20 with 5.5-5.75 liters of water
- Application: Apply with a metal trowel, squeegee, or automatic pressure pump
- Thickness: 1 to 10 mm per layer (max 20 mm with added aggregate)
- Curing: Ready for ceramic tile after 12 hours, resilient flooring after 24 hours
Consumption: 1.6 kg/m² per mm of thickness
Packaging: 23 kg bags
Storage: 12 months in dry conditions in original, unopened bags
